Genki promises to bring joy and surprises to Hong Kong people. In 2018, Genki introduced the concept "Farm To Table." It is about novelty, freshness, and quality. The objective of this concept is to bring in the most seasonal and freshest ingredients directly from different farms of Japan. Our first destination is Tokushima 德島. We borrowed the format of the Japanese TV documentary show. The stories are about the journey of the renowned Japanese photographer Hideaki Hamada 濱田英明 visiting different farms and countryside in Japan. And during his exploration of local food and eating culture, he would express his enjoyment and personal emotions.
