Turn was founded in 2005, and it is an independent, creative-led communication agency. We believe in “Brand” and interest in building brands and creating values with clients. Key Members

Tony Hon

Founder. After receiving his BA degree in Graphic Design (Advertising) from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Tony worked at Grey, O&M, FCB, JWT, and as Executive Creative Director at M&C Saatchi. He then founded Turn in 2005. His clients include Olympus, Sony, Nescafe, Maxim’s, Hysan Group, Sino Properties, etc.Tony has won over 70 awards, including Gold for Best Print, Best Single TV, Best Art Direction at 4As Creative Awards, and Spike at the Asian Advertising Awards.


Nicole Chan

Executive Producer. Nicole began her career in the client servicing area 18 years ago. She then moved to the marketing side and spent 12 years in Philip Morris Asia Ltd., gaining valuable experience in brand building, event management and trade development. As the marketing windows closed down in the cigarette industry, Nicole joined Turn as the executive producer and heads up client management.
